Maybe it’s me in the Bay, but most culturally specific spots seem to “water down” their flavors. I wonder if it’s in fear of some patrons not being able to handle it. I have to ask for like 3x of the sauce/gravy to get closer to expectations. (v2.jacky.wtf/post/ccc948e6-…)
