Tokio is a pretty handy library for handling asynchronous logic in Rust. The thing is, using this with some networking logic in Rust leads to the GUI freezing. What Im suggesting is perhaps having another crate (or having it in-built into this) that provides the Qt thread pool as an abstraction for Tokio. Something like https://docs.rs/crate/tokio-threadpool/0.1.15/source/src/thread_pool.rs
