I'm 70% confident but IANAL that if a PoC uses firstdonoharm.dev, some malicious actor with funds will sue the SHIT out of them and defang quicker than violation of the GPL can occur.
I'm very young to the F/LOSS life (OSI Member #52912 here) but this can't be our answer
