"text": "Open data day was a huge success. We ran programs with three organizations in Accra. \n\nWhat is a community?\nBuilding these long term partnership help make your future organizations strong.\nBut remember it only takes 2-3 people meeting regularly to be an organization. That is one major lesson we want people to take away from our program. Do not waste time talking about being an organization or planning for a distant future.\nJust be an organization. Have a shared vision with a group of people and push each other to grow. Get together and do the work. You learn as you work , repeat what works, and stop doing what does not work.\nMore importantly you learn as a person while contributing to a network of growing knowledge that itself gets smarter as you help the community grow.\nNext OER Ghana Meet Up\nWe could not get the remote set up working with technology and schedules on Open Data Day for a remote OER Ghana IndieWeb MeetUp get together. Sadik ran a session during Open Data Day about our program.We do want to get together with our Navrongo friends.\nWe will hold two different meet ups on Tuesday but the content will be the same.
