I mean, I understand this perspective, and its likely true for many companies. That said, I’m proud that my company’s leadership is diverting funds that were spent on in-office perks directly to employees as post-tax stipends to support working from their homes.
Honestly this is more proof that the perks designed to prevent you from ever leaving the office are a scam. Employees are right to feel like they’ve lost something — ...
