There’s a recommendation not to weigh yourself every day but I do it right after I brush my teeth (so twice a day, lol). The graph though is a bit more rough when I look over time and it seems more accurate to my progress.
That said, I’ve finally maintained a week below 200.

One thing I got better at in 2020 was removing myself from spaces that either attempted to de-empathize things that are bad (abuse, potential violence, etc) in favor of advocating agents of it. It took me like a week after to notice that they also benefited from these people.
