Why is the phrase “agree to disagree” something people feel comfortable using when it comes to like peoples’ lives or cultures? Like ???? It doesn’t really matter if you disagree, they’re going to keep living / living their life.

It’s exceedingly difficult to look for work as a moderately OK company (like one I can mentally feel comfortable working at) when everyone seems okay with keeping some level of avoidable harm in their office.
