I was recently reminded of comments I made in support of a transphobic open source developer years ago. That really sucks. But…it's also encouraging. If over time I can learn to become less of an idiot and start valuing the lived experiences of LGBTQ+, other people can too. 🏳️‍🌈

So it’s both Lighthouse not sending the callback when it’s successful and Koype not waiting until the Webmention callback is called to then update the syndication result. Both are fine and easy to fix.

They know and don’t care at this point. As long as they get “theirs”. https://twitter.com/MelaninMvskoke/status/1277433090105683969

Interesting. It doesn’t look like Lighthouse is actually sending out Webmentions. Ugh.

Imagine a world where public sector tooling was written in the open and features were added on the basis of what citizens and local officials agreed on certain features versus rouge agencies like Deloitte.

I’ll love to be on it. With actionable feedback and critique from someone who fits this bill.

An openly gay Black man in 1940-50s Atlanta Wright grew up singing Gospel in church. He became a main stay in the Atlanta, GA Blues scene.

The flambouyant performer was known as the "Prince of Blues" and gave Little Richard style lessons.

His first record, in 1949, reached #3 on the Billboard R&B category (called Race Music at the time)

Boy, I had very narratively-vivid dreams last night! In one, I was falling in love with a dog…which is super weird because I am not a dog person at all. In another, I was hiking through a caldera in Morocco. In another, I was writing a book about loss in the age of coronavirus!
