There’s like a “proper” distance that your keyboard has to be from the edge of your desk and I’m noticing that now. I have a wrist rest (arm rest?) and it helped a lot (I do NOT want to get RSI) and I take breaks but like pushing it in forced me to sit a bit more upright more often.
