I don't know that managers understand just how insulting being told, "Don't tweet about this unless I review your copy" is. Treating employees like children displays an incredible lack of trust, which erodes any confidence in leadership.

What does application development look like when we move the data from silos and warehouses into the hands of the people producing it? What does something like even Wikipedia look like? Twitter seems doable but something like Foursquare? Discovery is also another thing that just falls to the side.

Parenting is hard right now. Everything is hard right now. But snuggling with my kiddos on a lazy Sunday afternoon…that part's easy. 🥰👨‍👧‍👧💞
