Tried to do a circuit of bodyweight exercises and I’m horribly out of shape. I basically gave up. I low-key realized something I realized before - fit people doing these things don’t help as much as I thought. Like I need to see myself and the struggle to succeed. It’s a bit unmotivating when it “looks” easy - that’s super relative.
