How about we don’t adopt the Superspreader in Chief’s framing, first? Because we could call what the Repubs did “hacking”.
How about a fairer framing: “rebalancing”, as in:
I don’t see what the problem is with rebalancing the courts—all of them—in line with the popular vote.
