My Big Sur upgrade went well. At least for me, everything is actually working *better* after the upgrade, especially Mail.app. I know there have been mixed reviews on the new look, but I like it overall.

- Had kaiser HMO for 4 years, got on $$$ Drug after cheaper options did not work.
- Been on a PPO for 3 years, still on $$$ Drug.
- IfI go back to Kaiser HMO next yr & $$$ Drug requires Step Therapy, will I have to switch off? @ArthritisFdn
