What's more, may even grading vary for the same person! This is why we ask people not to assign ratings to talks while going through the RustFest CfP submissions until they have seen all talk submissions (still not perfect but much better than an otherwise wobbly slidey scale).
I'm also reminded by conference program committee work, where different people take a set of 1-N rating scales, and interpret _what is being rated_ very differently.

I’ve been having audio issues on my computer for some time, and I finally decided to replace my trusty Tascam US-2x2 XLR interface as I suspected it may be the issue. Sure enough, the Audient EVO 4 that I purchased seems to be working great. 🤞🏼
