I finally figured out how to get Siri to control my HomeKit enabled TV the way I want to. The key is creating a Shortcut that uses a Home action to turn on the TV and set the input, then two Apple TV Remote actions (Wake and Open App). Now I can say âHey Siri Watch Plex!â
