I finally figured out how to get Siri to control my HomeKit enabled TV the way I want to. The key is creating a Shortcut that uses a Home action to turn on the TV and set the input, then two Apple TV Remote actions (Wake and Open App). Now I can say “Hey Siri Watch Plex!”

I'm learning crochet, so I took a great foundations class via @hyperlink_a. Now I know most of the basic stitches & will be working on my first amigurumi. Special thanks to @conservallama for guidance & patience. What a great way to spend a lazy Saturday!
