Has anyone done an ROI type model that explicitly shows someone the risk reduction to yourself and others by getting vaccinated? Something you could lead a friend through? It should include blood clot risk vax/unvaxxed and ask about your daily activities. Would love this.

Imagine having someone as thoughtful and self-aware as this on your team, and *not* putting them fully in charge of company policy around conversations related to social justice and activism. I would give my left kidney to hire someone of this caliber.

"That's too divisive" has been used in businesses, churches, families, and many other contexts to silence victims' voices and provide cover for the oppressors.
Don't fall for the trap that we should all just "get along" and avoid all that messy sociopolitical conversation.
You seem to be revealing your own bias when you equate progressive politics with divisive work environments. Why isn't it the other way around?

TIL that among his other accomplishments Michael Collins was probably the last person to learn that the Armstrong & Aldrin had landed safely because of the orbital blackout. He was in complete darkness when it happened, literally. He handled it with grace. What an amazing person.
