I like Joe Biden. He's a hell of an improvement over the last guy. But, Lessig is right. Unless he fights to end the filibuster, his agenda is dead in the water, and the country will continue to be held hostage by the fringe.

Amazing to me that the SEC is taking a much stronger leadership position on COVID and vaccinations than the ACC. Truly disappointing failure of leadership, especially for a power conference.
