since the US & Europe switch DST on adjacent weekends, a well planned trip can skip weird DST-change ∆1hr effects* inside larger timezone shifts.
there’s still winter “standard time” sunset before end of workdays and its problematic effects** (<17:00 here, and most of the U.S.).
one possible solution, for those who have the option, is to set a 16:00 end to the workday. e.g. change your "Working hours" in Google Calendar to end at 16:00 to at least discourage meetings after that: https://calendar.google.com/calendar/u/0/r/settings

He’s lost me already, honestly. I won’t vote for the GOP ever again, but I have no excitement for the Democratic party these days.
Be aggressively progressive. Fight for real change and progress. Call this verdict today what it is: white supremacy. Kick out the old guard.

No matter what Biden does, the right will label him an extremist. Yet, he wastes time playing the middle, pressing bi-partisanship, and softballing big issues like the verdict in the Rittenhouse trial today. As a result, he’s alienating progressives. Mid-terms will be a disaster.

In that weird zone where you're too tired to go do something fun on a Friday night, but then you're depressed because you're not doing something fun on a Friday night.

I have reached a 95% confidence interval in my artificial intelligence work on online arguments.
The proof holds everytime.
If n people argue online than the number of changed minds equals a constant of n-n.

It's bad enough that some American writers refer to Kapp'n as being a "turtle" instead of a kappa, but I'm seeing plenty of them calling him a *frog*, which is just plain wrong. #AnimalCrossing

80% of meetings scheduled by new manager are conflicts with other meetings. I provided feedback, "Hey, check calendars before sending invites?" He says he has, yet even some 1:1s are conflicts.
How would you recommend responding to either his cluelessness or deliberate sabotage?
