It’s amazing to me how many frameworks JS developers will write simply to avoid using Ruby.
I mean, OK. I too wrote a PHP framework once before I learned Ruby because I wanted to do cool stuff like Rails. Then I realized it was only cool BECAUSE of Ruby.
No Ruby? No bueno.

Ok #zettelkasten fans. Unless someone can come up with an earlier source, the inventor of the zettelkasten method for excerpting and note taking is Konrad Gessner in 1548.
(Again it’s *NOT* Niklas Luhmann!)

I noticed that @bandcamp’s download stuff got really slow right around when @radiohead did their most recent release. It’d be interesting to see stats on what percentage of Bandcamp download traffic is just Radiohead.

I don't know if I've tweeted about this before…if you like @buildWithLit but you also still work a lot with "light DOM" & server-gen markup, then Crystallized is worth a look.
It's basically Stimulus…inside your web components. Yep, actions & targets!
