What rights do #VentureCapital funds typically have in #web3#crypto#coin investments that other coin holders don’t? I assume they will insist on the same as in non-crypto investments, like board seats, senior liquidation rights etc? Anybody know?

The key benefit of Wasm right now (and esp. in the tooling space) isn't performance, it's portability.
Doing away with the headache shipping speedy cross-platform tools written in powerful langs (Rust, Go), relying on outstanding OSS libraries is the real game-changer here.
I say do not rewrite everything with WASM. Find use cases for it and use it pragmatically. JS is really fast and runtimes like V8 optimize JS really well and WASM is not ...
