Perhaps if a property fails inspection, it should be condemned, put under public ownership, renovated, and converted to tenant-owned housing.
Three Dallas County housing agencies took note, too.
Hillcrest units failed inspection, and voucher recipients can no longer live there.

1. The underlying model should be a directed acyclic graph with flowed recompute.
2. It should be trivial to package notebooks with the container images in which they run.
