Apple’s News app still confuses me. Navigation is frustrating, the “today” section still doesn’t know me, etc. I can get the weekly New Yorkers in there, but — even though I subscribed via the app — weekly Economist content does not appear in News itself? A muddle. Anyone use it?

Perhaps if a property fails inspection, it should be condemned, put under public ownership, renovated, and converted to tenant-owned housing.
Three Dallas County housing agencies took note, too.
Hillcrest units failed inspection, and voucher recipients can no longer live there.
They have to go somewhere else.
