Wow, I really don't agree with this. I take pride in the work I did many years ago, the work I'm doing now, and the work I hope to do in the future.
Just because some lines of code might not stick around indefinitely doesn't mean the tools, ideas, and techniques aren't sound.
Gonna hit hard when you realize nothing we build will persist at all.
