I normally never process any photo I’ve taken off the cuff with the normal iPhone camera, but this composition looked so nice and the lines of the reeds so illustrative-like, I realized I could make this work! 😅

Wilhelm’s Portland Mausoleum (insert scream here 😱), overlooking the Willamette. Such an odd and singular place. Feels like something right out of an episode of Severance. I’m fascinated by the contrast between naked geometry and organic beauty.

I’ve started saving citrus peels and candying them. Easy to do and absolutely delicious. My favorite thing to do with them is make what I call an “Instand Old-Fashioned.” Two peels, three dashes of bitters, and 2.5oz of bourbon.
Still enjoying 007: First Light. It takes a bit for the story to pick up, but when it does it’s a genuinely fun game. It’s not perfect. The fight mechanics can be a bit clumsy and sometimes the missions are a bit heavy handed. Still, a promising start to what I hope becomes a long-lived series.
