        "html": "<p>i am fascinated by this typeface history. as it turns out, Gerald Giampa was the owner of the LTC Spire typeface when it was licensed for use in the GeoWorks operating environment.</p><p>i had no idea that he was canadian, and moved his foundry to Prince Edward Island before it was destroyed in a tidal wave. The old conventions, and the (often odd) responsive workarounds added on top of the old layouts must go.</p><p>I think for a multitude of historical reasons most forums have been worked on by general programmers, not so much by web (front-end) specialists.</p><p>We should have more small forums, they serve their own purpose, but we should also bring in some new fresh life to the space.</p>",
