Content warning:Writing on Mrs. Krabappel's chalkboard
I will not add new content types before cleaning up my existing content types.
@thisissethsblog #indieweb Or chose not to have a land lord.
There shall be a time I don't use my feed reader or Mastodon but only my website and I shall not miss any post because it's POSSE!
The code size is growing…
Again the Pelican SSG shows its flexibility. Admittedly, it's a bit of a hack template-wise, but I was able to add a "other recent blog posts" list to the tag pages on the blog on my web site, showing recent blog posts *not* tagged whatever tag one is looking at posts tagged with. (So if you're looking at, say, the "links" tag, that list shows posts *not* tagged "links". There is of course also a list for those.)
Should help with navigation and discovery. 🙂
And so, my combined #RSS feed is born.
Right now it aggregates my in-depth articles and blog posts feeds, but hopefully soon I will backfill my art from my retired Tumblr in the name of POSSE as well. Art will get its own feed just like articles and posts, but can now be very easily integrated into the combined feed as well. Bliss.

On me changing my name and why it's so powerful for us in the #trans community
So I am now a #forum administrator. How quaint.
My wonderful wife writes. A lot. And she mostly does her writing on various fora. But communities being what they are and "don't talk politics" being necessary for keeping clear of the toxic tribalism that woodworms these places given the chance, her expression is limited.
So I set up a forum for her and her friends. Private and invitation only and non-scrapable by AI and owned and run by us. #indieweb of a kind, better than discord.

In a fit of I don't know what, I started a subreddit. https://www.reddit.com/r/LeaveSubstack/ #publishing #indieweb
I think I can actually implement a combined articles plus posts #RSS feed on my blog super easily with existing functionality in my static site generator.
BUT…the items in the feed would not be in chronological order. All of them do have pubDate set though.
Would this be a problem for modern feed readers…?
