Anyway, my new website is up! The first blog post is written and I've got some of my essays up again.
It's very basic right now, and I'm it will undoubtedly change (and hopefully improve) with time. But I'm happy to have a place on the web again.
Big news from Riley Testut about AltStore PAL, integrating with the fediverse, and new investment to grow the platform and give back to other open web tools. Very cool, congrats to everyone involved!

One of the biggest lies big tech ever told was that coding websites is difficult. It's not. If you can use a computer you could probably learn everything you need to get started with HTML and CSS in a couple hours
Now the web is full of big, boring sites with all sorts of tracking tech and annoying pop-ups... But I digress. I'm not here to write another small web manifesto. Just know you (yes, you!) can easily do this stuff for yourself.
Not quite back on the normal Friday publishing cadence but I've got another issue of Scrolls out today! I think this officially catches me up on things I'd been saving over the past few weeks/months. Check it out for a ton of awesome #IndieWeb, #Fediverse and #Infosec / #cybersecurity stuff as usual!

Thanks to everyone below for their contributions to this weeks edition. The stuff they create and share make this newsletter so fun and interesting!

Alright, it's about time I had a place on the web to call my own again website. Time to get #coding...
Inspired by this category from @MichaelKlamerus I'm looking for similar categories on other's blogs. Your category must have it's own RSS feed because I don't subscribe to newsletters, so share your category links! I'm looking for categories like https://virtualmoose.org/category/blog-roundup/ #Blog #Blogging #Blogs #IndieWeb
It's like StumbleUpon (or Digg) back in its heyday. Sublime!

Just had an interesting conversation over coffee. The following thesis was put forward: the internet as we know it today will disappear in the coming years. Content will only be provided as a data endpoint for AIs, which will then process the content for the user.
What is your opinion on this?
MYCELIUM UPDATE
Two Sundays ago the #mycelium Stage One Bootstrap concluded, mostly successfully. I've finally written up the post-mortem, a state-of-the-project report written for lay people. Thanks to the people, whoever you are, who took part.
It can be read at https://khleedril.org/mycelium/report-1.html.
The Mycelium network is intended to underlie project governance structures with an undiscoverable peer-2-peer affiliation system.
