But my phlog, with 5 or 6 text only posts hiding under the obscure Gopher protocol, has resulted in three incoming emails from people that read something I wrote there. Meanwhile, my blog, which is presumably much more widely read has generated about the same number of incoming emails all year. Granted, most blog feedback happens here, so maybe that is not a fair comparison.</p><p>I have no idea if that means anything. I suspect phlogs are so obscure and niche that the few people hanging out in gopher space are just more willing to make the effort to send an email. </p><p>Anyway, go old school.
