I think the reason it is so interesting to me is to see what I perceive as a loss, the fact that the Internet has become so centralized to a handful of sites and has largely lost a lot of personality and individuality. <br /><br />It's why I've been hard at work perfecting my own personal site, because I want to contribute to bringing that type of environment to the modern internet. I love looking through sites on </span><a href=\"https://nekoweb.org\">Nekoweb</a> and <a href=\"https://neocities.org\">Neocities</a><span> because it gives that same feeling. <br /><br />I saw a site the other day that had a page of interesting links the site owner had found, and I think I am going to start doing something like that on mine. Just a little place to gather cool or interesting stuff I find.
