        "html": "<p>From an end-user perspective, it's annoying inbound <a href=\"https://federate.social/tags/ActivityPub\">#<span>ActivityPub</span></a> functionality in <a href=\"https://federate.social/tags/WordPress\">#<span>WordPress</span></a> requires a separate <a href=\"https://federate.social/tags/Webmention\">#<span>Webmention</span></a> plugin rather than being built into the ActivityPub plug-in.<br />This makes sense from a _protocol_ point of view, since full-fledged ActivityPub servers can function entirely without sending each other Webmentions, but it really doesn't make sense from a user experience point of view.</p>",
