So I found the problem. Codeberg probably don't likes one of my last 6 images.

Also I'm working on these things.

I need to fix duplicate webmentions

  • 1 is coming from legit webmention
  • 2 is coming from fed.brid.gy

I need to think about how to fix this

I love this soundtrack so much that I took the time to make it actually listenable. This is how you can do it too.

Your browser can reach billions of pages. Muscle memory opens the same five. Web Wander gives curiosity a one-click shortcutโ€”no account, no feed, 50+ categories. Try the detour: bigo.ooo/web-wander/ #OpenWeb #IndieWeb

Multics is live! A search engine for the IndieWeb (And everything incl. the index is stored on your device)

And for 0.1 our index has 45,000+ IndieWeb pages in it!

Today's Write Now interview features Mรกire Roche, author of LITTLE MONSTERS.

I have updated my personal Now Page for the first time in 2026: https://jmac.org/now/ #IndieWeb

Yes, I have a custom (new) kirby micropub implementation: https://github.com/srijan/kirby-micropub
It works from other micropub clients like quill or micropublish (this reply and last reply were also from a micropub client).

On Zen browser (firefox-based), clicking the extension just gets stuck on "Loading...", and if I go to Manage Extentions -> Preferences and try to add an account, it says "Permission denied for https://srijan.ch/*"

On Chrome, it goes to the indieauth login flow, but after login, it says "Failed to fetch".

Not sure where I can see more logs. Hope this helps.

@WeirdWriter I definitely relate to a lot that was said in that article.

I initially 'fell for' the #indieWeb as well because I love structured semantic data and hypertext.
Until it was apparent that all of the things they promise and offer ... are either:

  • better done with other tools (h-feed -> RSS, h-card -> address element, webmentions -> e-mail etc.)
  • a neat idea that goes nowhere because nothing implements any functionality for it (#microformats)
  • or corporate cryptobro web3 nonsense (integrations, SEO etc.)

And the community was super weird, it was seemingly just the "thought leader on LinkedIn" kind of crowd instead of the chaotic queer hackers I was used to interacting with in the #WebRevival movement
