Now that @pixelfed has officially become the worse form of slop.

What would you do if Mastodon or any other Fediverse project, that you actively use, follows Pixelfed and becomes #SlopWare?

This time it was an easy choce for me, I never used Pixelfed, partially because @dansup is a horrible person with horrible intentions and a horrible work ethic.

Anyways, I just hope that the majority of you don't tell me that you will act like sheep and keep using that piece of software.

Substack hosts the most interesting writing right now but aesthetically it is worse than wordpress sites from the 2010s. I also intensely dislike having everyone's writing hosted on a single platform.

I've been working on a project to collect indie blogs and websites for the last 3 years. Still growing.

But now I'm looking for great writing that isn't just on Substack, ideally grungy little forgotten wordpress sites.
