Matthias Pfefferle proposes an OPML-based .well-known/slashpages in a similar vein to my own .well-known/feeds. I love it, and I've implemented it right here on DanQ.me!

@readbeanicecream Please explain, how does this work? a community bulletin board of indie RSS feeds sounds great but how do I see beyond your 31 favourites - eg can outsiders view the history section? Looking this up because of the wonderful new website & RSS feed from @kentlew

RE: https://mastodon.online/@digital_garden/117515234635821403
The next big thing I want to do with my digital garden is start really documenting and posting about all the side projects that I've done over the years.
Now it's a little awkard because there is about a 50/50 split between things I worked on tirelessly from scratch and things I....you know....vibe coded.
And about an 80/20 split between things that went nowhere and things that are "real" or "finished" or that "do something".
Anyways, the whole thing was kicked off by a bit of tech in my CMS to let me automatically create stubs for things I mention in a node but don't exist, plus some filtering so that those empty nodes don't get posts like these.
Phineas Gage was a 19th century American man who survived an iron rod piercing his skull.

Meet bimbooo! π
It started as a tiny pastebin, but I got a little carried away, hehe.
Now you can share snippets, write Markdown pages, or even build your own little HTML website with a personal subdomain.
It's free, a bit weird, and very much a labor of love. No big ambitions, just another small corner of the internet.
Come say hello: https://bimb.ooo

Pulled from the notebook: Twenty-nine years of things nobody asked for
The first program I ever wrote had one button. You clicked it and the whole window changed color. That was the entire feature list. I made it in Delphi, from a book I bought at Avalon, the old bookstore in my town, after a long fight with my mom. It was a very didactic book. That was 1997, and I have been writingβ¦

A shout-out to the developers behind https://columnly.social! especially @dansup β€οΈ
Itβs great to see people building and contributing to the Fediverse. Every independent project adds to the diversity of our social web and reminds us that the internet can be shaped by communities, creativity, and collaboration; not just big corporations.
Thank you to everyone who puts their time and skills into building a more open social web. Your work matters!

I've read posts where, by the time I finished, I realized how much I enjoyed getting into the weeds with someone about whatever the hell they felt like writing about.
Was I aware of this one before?
